Art Appreciation Edition Gourmet Gift

I’m in truth sorry to have to say this, but I HAVE to be HONEST! This basket was filled with fewer then desirable processed food-stuffs, I felt like I got a basket of lies. Appealing at firstborn glimpse glance i.e. the nice picture ), a closer examination and taste of the actual feed inside left me disappointed at the army survival canned last-a-thousand-years-on-a-shelf “food” they call gourmet.

I’d say most reviews of these baskets are done by people who are being polite because they obtained these baskets as a gift. I, on the other hand, may be honest here because I am self-indulgent sufficient to buy one for myself.

We sent this to our close friends of over three decades and they were kind enough to tell us the truth of what arrived. Here are excerpts:

“I do want to report something I believe you would want to acknowledge when it comes to though. The recent Christmas basket we received wasnt more then disappointing! Except for the crackers…and there was quite a bit of them, the rest was 98% inedible!!

The sweets were a joke of over packaging and then non-edible at the end of the opening adventure! The one exception were the two individually wrapped tiny truffles in a box, that were okay. There was a big package with one chocolate dipped dried out cookie that was as well in it’s own wrap…also, not to be eaten. The raspberry, chocolate individually wrapped cakes were so dried up/dehydrated it looked like survival food…..And they tasted like pure chemicals and artificial flavors to boot!

Which brings me to the “meat” section of the basket…..

this was by far the worst. The stink of both the lobster and salmon “spread” filled the air with what smelled and tasted like fish flavored chemicals. Earl, Bob, and I tasted a small amount just to verify the smell….that was a bad decision on our part….we needed emergency food in our mouth to counteract the bad taste! They even sent the cats running in the other direction. The salami was so white it was scarey!

Now I have to say, we actually in truth did enjoy this basket because we expended the afternoon laughing hysterically over the experience….so thank you for that memory! I imagine, however, that was not your intention….so here I am, the “brave” one telling the hard facts of how no matter how much you compensated for that basket, you got ripped off!”

My Mom liked it, she liked the assortment of items. She said the activity of formally presenting something of it was great, looked expensive!

This basket is full of the best stuff on earth, it was a happiness to receive and better to look through all the great items included in this basket.

I donated this item to raise funds for the We Care Foundation Charity Auction. The formally presenting something was outstanding and the food looked so good I wish I could have retained it for myself! I recommend this item whether or not you are looking to impress but keep within a reasonable budget.

Omaha Steaks Oz Filet Mignons

Everyone commented on the good quality of the filet mignons. Made for a outstanding barbecue! They were delivered right on time. Omaha Steaks Filet Mignons, (4) 5 Ounce BK

Good steaks, but too much bother when I can get the same thing in a local store for fewer cost, giving careful consideration to shipping etc.

The Omaha Steaks were ordered as a Christmas present and the individual who got them loved them! They might be expensive, but wow are they good!

My parents love steak and I wanted to gift them nice, yet affordable fancy steaks. I looked at Omaha’s bacon-wrapped filets and decisive against those due to a few ratings. These filets had better ratings, most significantly by my elderly parents, who aren’t into local, grass-fed, trendier steaks that cost more.

I purchased these for my parents and in-laws for Christmas. The steaks arrived on time, and everyone was “over-the-moon” with the gift. I’ll do it again next year. I gave it 4 stars because of expensive I’m finelooking certain this isn’t Kobe beef, but perchance I’m wrong. It had better be Kobe for the price point.

Babyletto Hudson Convertible Toddler White

We perfectly love the Babyletto Hudson Convertible Crib. The assembly procedure was very easy and in the end, the product is very sturdy and beautiful. We were looking for a more advanced style crib and did not want to compensate the Oeuf pricey We are very happy with our buy and did not have to sacrifice quality while paying the Babyletto expensive The grey is a attractive shade of grey (Elephant Grey) and true to the online picture.

I love the Oeuf Sparrow crib yet couldn’t fetch myself to spend $800+ on a baby bed. I searched everywhere for a grey crib with a innovative ascetic. I in the long run came across this Hudson crib and knew it was the one. My son’s name happens to be Hudson making it that much more fitting. The wood is sturdy and of very good quality. The grey color is beautiful, though a little lighter than the Oeuf. The open slats on all four sides make it airy and comfortable for baby. It took us about an hour to put together and we had no problems. There are 4 different mattress height options. The crib sits low to the ground which makes it easier to get baby in and out without breaking your back. It comes with the toddler rail which is an added bonus. You have to buy it extra with the Oeuf at $200+. I am so happy that I found this crib. I would commend it to any family.

Peg Perego Convertible Premium Toddler

We’ve had the Peg Prego convertible for over a month now – our son is 10.5 months old, when it comes to 23 lbs. He seems comfortable in it – never once complained. He even fell asleep in it today when we were driving, which confirmed for me that he was fine in it.

We had the retailer fit two different car seats – this one (Prego), and the Recaro. We got one whole inch more of space with the Peg Prego compared to the Ricaro (we could move the front seat back a bit more), which is why we decided on the Peg Prego. It’s a bit more highpriced compared with the other seats, but overall, easy to install, and looks pretty good too. Also, we found that it was more comfortable to seat our son into the Peg Prego since the sides do not rise up very high (for the Recaro, we’d have to peril pressing his head to the ceiling of the car to seat him in the car seat). We have a little car (Acura TSX).

Easy to clean (as far as a cloth seat may can in the back of my not-large sedan

Baby seems really comfortable in it

Easy to get baby in and out

Baby insert cushion is outstanding for 3-4 months and older, but I don’t think there would be enough aid for a newborn.

I just received from Amazon both Peg Perego and Britax Advocate70 CS. I ordered Britax because of all the good reviews I red. Peg Perego is a relatively new and there is not that much of a reviews but being a new product, Italian and at that price I ordered it durable free returns on both). I put both car seats next to every other and Peg Perego is the winner! Everything in Pegis better than Britax! The fabric in Britax looks cheap and is too loose! in addition Britax is a lot heavier and bulky. I didn’t read the manual for Peg and I was capable to put it in the right position by my self ( ofcorse I red it after that to be sure) and I easily found out how to change everything. Britax I couldn’t! Even when I red the manual still very complicated! Not just that but even when you now how to modify it is difficult!

Peg is a lot nicer looking, looks more lasting ( even that is smoler and lighter ) and easy to work with! When my husband come home and I show them to him even with the price divergence he let me keep Peg! I found this very helpfully and genuine review. I agree with most.[...]

If you want the better ,easy to install and modify comfortable baby car seat–that looks GREAT beleive me this is it !!. HIghly aclaimed for best child protection. This is my secound Perego Car seat will not purchase or trust any other. only con :is that it is $ pricey$ and a little huge for littler vechicles. LOVE MY PEREGO.

This is my introductory convertible car seat that I have purchased and I love it, and so does my 15 month old daughter that never cries in it and constantly falls asleep.

It looks great, feels plush, soft and cozy and I am purchasing another one so that my hubby and I will have one in each car and then will switch out to our SUV when needed. It is ridiculously easy to install, it’s nice that the latch straps just slide from backward facing to forward facing. It’s as well very easy to recline when you face it backward. It’s also very easy to move the head rest up and down when needed.

We have a Lexus HS, Porsche Panamera and a Lexus RX, and the car seat fits fantastic in all three. It’s not that big and bulky like the Britax.

Safety wise, I have no concerns that I will stand up to a crash. I hope to never test the safety of this car seat!!

70264 Supercooler Automatic Transmission Cooler

Item was easy to install. Comes with MOST of the needed hardware (plus galore such a good deal of I did have to purchase so many extra hoses since the hose that came with it was not long enough. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that I needed such a heap of more hose.

Tip: There is not “input” and “output” connection. They may be used interchangeably. I was able to confirm this with the company. If you determine to call the company – be prepared for a VERY long hold time. I was on hold for over an hour.

I installed this on my 97 Ford Explorer 4×4.

Although it seems to be operating just fine, the kit did not come with all the components needed.

I had to buy more hose (not much of an expense) but the main expense was in having to purchase fittings to make it work.

The stock compression fitting on the SUV did not fit into the one(s) provided in the kit.

The threads would have worked, but there was a non-threaded extension on the compression fitting on the stock transmission lines that did not allow for it to thread.

Had there been a longer throw on the adapters provided in the kit it would have been fine I think.

For sure, I would recommend having a vehicle handy to run for constituents before disassembling anything.

The solution ended up being several adapters going from the stock compression fittings to brass pipe fittings (to compensate for the long throw) back to the compression fittings on the new unit (not cheap). The pipe fittings were machine turned and a small pricey. The main piece(s) I had to use were 2 Air Line Hose Fittings – Solid Brass Hose Barb Type – 3/8 MNPT. (don’t forget to put Teflon tape on the pipe fitting threads)

Also because I bypassed the stock radiator, I had to buy galore threaded plugs to plug the holes where the transmission lines originally went into the radiator, (they were a couple of bucks a piece).

If not for the fact I had a leak between the engine coolant and the stock trans cooler I don’t think I would have had to plug them, but for a couple of bucks it may be a good idea regardless.

I had to go to a couple of constituents stores to find the elements I needed, but in the end I found them all at NAPA.

I had to fetch in the elements that came with the kit, and just go through the drawers of fittings until I found a combo that worked.

If not for that long throw on the stock fitting, and the fact I had to “combo up” several elements to make it work, it would not have been a big deal, but it was a pain, and 20+ bucks in extra parts.

All in all, I am happy with the end result, but not having to dig through dozens of share bins, and forking out another chunk of cash for a palm full of parts that could have very without apparent effort been supplied in the kit.

I mounted the unit in front of the radiator and was able to bolt it directly to a metal cross fellow member fellow member plenty of clearance) using some self tapping screws (not provided either) but it was having little impact than drilling holes and using the bolts provided in the kit.

I am more felicitous with this set up than I would have been using the zip ties provided, and I actually think it was just as easy. (at least on the Explorer)

B&M 70264 SuperCooler Automatic Transmission Cooler

Bought this for my 2002 toyota tundra. Overall an easy install. Had to relocate the left side horn to the driver side near radiator. Plenty of hose length.

Works great, outstanding quality and comes with all the connections you will need.

Fins are durable and it is small enough to fit anywhere

Had no issues to install. Used provided zip ties. So far so good on performance. It’s winter time, so over heating is not an issue. We’ll see this summer in AZ.

Purchased this item as recommended by some of my friends. Quality is proper and is thick and cooling fins are not effortlessly bent, comes with more than enough equipment to have it installed securely. Do not hesitate to buy this.

Installation was a breeze on my 02 Silverado. Have towed with it several times now, actually glad I have it is Would purchase another B&M product again.

Installed on a Dodge sprinter *great respected I was a little worried regarding the kit not having everything but……… it did! NO TRIP TO The Auto Store for me. Oddly, I thought FLARE connections were global but, barbed to female flare Fit real cozy on the firstborn merc bung. Just a heads up, i just mashed its

I’ve bought 2 of these coolers. Fit my 98 & 07 Corvettes perfectly. High quality and swell highpriced No more worrying regarding overheating the trans while racing. On the 07 I installed it after the OEM cooler which is located inside the radiator. This allows the OEM “cooler” to actually heat the fluid on cold days. If you take the OEM out of the loop it’ll be difficult to get the trans up to operating temp.

So the helmet arrived, unquestionably was light, which was refreshing. Last bluetooth helmet I bought need to be twice the weight of this one and a strain at times on my neck.

The mic did not work, sent them a arrogate and they are sending me out a new earphones/mic setup. Has not arrived yet. The earphones work as did the bluetooth, save the mic issue, and they work great. Even on the windy highway, could hear my music clearly. Not sure about the phone yet, tbd.

I would buy from Jafrum again and like this productions

This helmet is horrible! It is a very low quailty product, inexpensively made and what they call blue tooth is atrocius! The speakers are so low quality they injure your ears! DO not buy this product!

My husband loves it! I can now call him if he is running late and acknowledge that he is safe! Worth every penny!

I am very pleased with my bought All of the dissimilar shelving is very helpful. I plan on placing labels on them too so I can reference what area is for what papers I am working on. The only down side is the wood was stated as a “medium brown” and it’s more of a lighter shade of brown. It does not go fully with my “medium” colored desk but by the time I placed items in the shelves and filled it, it was not as noticeable.

Hoover Platinum Lightweight Canister Uh30010com

We read the overpowering positive reviews and decided, with confidence, to buy our basi nice vacuum. We were exceedingly pleased with the upright vacuum. It’s lightweight just as others had promised. It sucked up everything and even felt cool to operate. Huge bag, nice filtration, magnificent light and comfortable design. We were pleased!

Then came time to vacuum the hardwood, linoleum and stairs. I took out the “handy” shoulder-strapped canister, placed the floor tip on and went to work. OUCH!!! This thing is so deafening and bulky. The motor whines with a earsplitting high pitch when tools are on and it only does an average occupation of sucking up our normal dust and dirt. The on-board tools fall out every time you pick up the canister and there’s no cord rewind at all. Just the cord. hooks & no rewind option) The Hepa bag is tiny and fills immediately. The alternate bags aren’t cheap either. No way would I put up with this.

We’re normal humans that require a versatile quality vacuum to keep up with normal demands and this two-piece mix is unfortunately not worth the money. We returned it to Best Buy after 2 weeks.

Nice job on the upright Hoover. BUT it’s back to the R&D labs for the canister.

We went to a local vacuum shop and purchased a Riccar Vibrance with on board tools. It’s heavier than the Hoover, but it has aweinspiring suction, on-board tools and is made in the good ole USA. It even came with a 3 year tune-up and 5-year warranty.

I give 3 stars for the Hoover Platinum set only because of upright, but just can’t go any higher because of the lame canister.

After reading a bucketful of reviews here, I was confident I had found the Mother of all vacuums, the Holy Grail of clean carpets. I’ve constantly been pleased with the Eureka Boss, but nowadays it’d been going through belts like a football team goes through Gatorade on a hot day. The reviews on Amazon and the high ranking by Consumer Reports sold me. I ordered the Hoover Platinum vacuum sight unseen and looked forward to putting it through it is paces, hoping it would be as good as advertised, and wondering if I’d like using the discerned canister unit

Ergonomics and handling – Out of the box one is impressed by the lightness of the upright vacuum. However the dust bag is so huge that I’m certain the weight is sure to increase as the bag fills. The vacuum maneuvers without apparent effort on its soft rubber wheels and its bumpers will protect your furniture. The headlight is the best I’ve ever seen on a vacuum; it’s very vivid and perfectly positioned to be effective.

I like the on-off button by the handle and the speed switch just beneath it is The handle foot release works smoothly.

Pickup- Performance is excellent, and I may realise why the cleaning element of this vacuum was shortlisted highly by Consumer Reports. Some reviewers have said that the Hoover Platinum makes their rugs look brand new. That’s exuberant hyperbole, but our carpets do look better after a drive over with this vacuum cleaner.

Noise – This is a vacuum cleaner so it isn’t quiet. It is noticeably quieter than my Eureka Boss though.

The canister, on the other hand, is supersonic loud, so much so that I’ve taken to wearing earplugs when using its The high pitch of the motor may make the noise seem worse than it genuinely is.

Stairs – You may vacuum stairs with the upright and it does and magnificent job on them. Luckily the vacuum is light and has a handy stair handle, but the task can become awkward and the vacuum cumbersome. I prefer doing stairs with the hose end of a canister.

Additional thoughts and quibbles -

Amazingly the vacuum was delivered in less than 48 hours after placing the order. outstanding joy, Amazon.

No extra bags are in the box, but each vacuum comes with a bag installed. I bought bags when I ordered the vacuum so I’d have them.

The dust brush looks cheap and has stiff bristles only on its perimeter. I use a brush from the retired Eureka instead.

The supplementary canister has aesthetic good looks and does an adequate job. I wish there was a power level adjustment on it and the noise wasn’t so overwhelming.

On the upright, the handle leans all the way back so one can effortlessly vacuum under furniture. I’d prefer it stop halfway and require a foot release to go back all the way. Sometimes the vacuum will not roll onto our scatter rugs and I can’t just lean the vacuum back to hop onto the littler rug. I either lift the vacuum off the floor or raise the handle all the way up so I can lean it back to get over the edge of the scatter rugs.

Hoover backs this product with a six year “limited” warranty. I particularly like that the upright has a lifespan belt. Yet in the troubleshooting division one of the possible reasons for the vacuum not picking up is that the Poly-V belt is worn. The solution is to take the vacuum to a service center.

The Hoover Platinum upright is not the perfect vacuum, but it is good and it is light. It’s a solid four stars.

Update August 8, 2010 After Mrs. Spudman grooms one of the dogs, it’s perpetually a chore to get the dog hair up from the carpet. The Hoover got it all up effortlessly, quickly, and impressively.

We have a 1800 sq ft. home with hardwood/lots of large oriental rugs, one 100+ lb. dog, and one cat. We have gone through three vacuum cleaners in the past 6 years. Two of those were the bagless vacuums, and we genuinely thought we were just picking the defective brand of vacuum cleaner. However, after the final one breaking down we concluded that we had to go back to the bag version. We reviewed the Orac and other well known brands, but in the end found that for the price and further and added add ons the Hoover was the best buy. We received the vacuum (with the attachment canister) and to say we LOVE it is an understatement! It cleans SOOOOO much better than the bagless versions (no extra dirt and dust blowing out as you clean). Here are the plus points of this vacuum:

1. Lightweight — I am pregnant and love the fact that this is a very lightweight vacuum! All of the other brands we reviewed (including the Orec) were so much heavier.

2. Long Cord — We can clean our large great room without unplugging and re-plugging that vacuum.

3. Pick Up — This vacuum sucks EVERYTHING up! Just be heedful on lightweight throw rugs.

4. Makes you feel like a cleaning queen — I LOVE vacuuming with this machine…I have even found I vacuum just for fun since it works so well and it gives the house a quick clean look (my husband does not have this “cleaning queen” persuasion for the record).

5. All the local small appliance venders work on Hoover — In this economy we in truth wanted an investement that we could have repaired if we needed. Versus having to make a new purchase.

6. Easy cleaning — You plainly remove the bag and replace with a new one (and this bag is HUGE). Whereas with the bagless versions we were taking it apart and attempting to clean it out by hand (very messy), and dirt/dust constantly leaked out onto the floor and everywhere. It was very cumbersome!

7. Attachement Canister — We in truth like the canister attachments It makes so much more sense to have the attachments separate from the vacuum cleaner. With the animals in the house we love being capable to speedily suck up the a heap of little dust bunnies with ease!

Overall we would highly recommend this product! We are glad we did the exploration and we genuinely feel this product is well worth the money.

My original vac arrived with a malfunction – the adjust bag light was on & the light would not turn off in spite of removing and re-installing the bag. In addition, the vac would simply turn off repeatedly when I tried to vacuum. So I contacted Hoover’s ‘Platinum’ client ‘service’ & explained the issue. The Hoover rep (Rebecca) stated there had been a problem with the circuit board in this model & offered a replacement unit. Fine. So the 2nd unit arrives & it has the SAME PROBLEM…right out of the box! Again, I contact Hoover’s customer ‘service’ & the rep says I can can Request a refund 2) She can send a ‘tested’ unit out(vac #3!!!!), but I have to send back at least one of the 2 units I have before they’ll routine the 3rd vac. The rep was definitely attempting to persuade me to take the 3rd unit & not the refund. I said I’d beautiful much had it with the flawed units/waiting/dealing with this ongoing problem & was inclined to take the refund. She said she’d send labels out for both unit returns. Fine. So she sends ONE label to me & I send her ONE unit. I called Hoover customer ‘service’(Brittany)to request the return label for the refund of the remaining unit & I’m told THEY WON’T ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE REMAINING MALFUNCTIONING UNIT!!!! I was shocked! According to ‘their’ notes, I had said I was cool with just getting a 3rd unit & not the refund. NOT TRUE!!!! I stated I never consorted to a 3rd unit & wanted a refund. The Hoover rep said they don’t DO refunds. I asked for a manager (Lisa)and was directed to a voice mail graveyard where my refund request message sits & rots. I think this is sick, taking into account the cost of the unit, the time wasted, & the level of nuisances HOOVER Customer ‘service’ SUCKS & not in a good way!!!! These units ARRIVED BROKEN!!!! The Hoover rep ADMITTED there’s a circuit board problem!!!! I would anticipate more from Hoover. Shame! Shame! I’ll be making it a point to tell EVERYONE regarding my terrible experience with Hoover & their poor quality control!!!!

Dirt Devil Bd10045red Accucharge Battery

I apologize for the length of this “review”. In the procedure of settling which model of hand vac to buy, I ran into a number of mixing up issues.

First, before this buy purchase 2 hand vacs), I have never bought any hand kept vac that was NOT a Black & Decker DUST BUSTER. I suppose that is because they were the firstborn to have a cordless/rechargeable hand vac, and inertia took over when it came time for me to replace them. By the time the sudden intense feeling of having that introductory rechargeable hand kept vac wore off, there were other companies making hand kept vacs, but I stuck with B&D’s DB’s. I cussed them out over various things – largely they just weren’t very good. There were few options of model; the accessaries from one generation didn’t fit the next generation even when the next generation came on the market with no accessories accessaries brush, crevice tools, etc.). This was one of the few times in my life I put up with any severe product dissatisfaction. Shortly after I bought my last 2 B&D DB’s (I perpetually have 2 because of the layout of our house), I decisive that I had no idea what brand of hand vac I would purchase next, but it WOULD NOT BE A DUST BUSTER from B&D.

Because of living in a remote area I shop at AMAZON often times ofttimes of free shipping and on a regular basis LOW prices too), and because I attempt to boycott WalMart (the only “discount” retailer I am within 50 miles of). When I started to compare various hand vacs I complained to my husband how mixing up all the choices were and he tossed me the most recent issue of Consumer Reports Magazine that ranked Vacs. Often CR samples too few choices to end up with my extreme choice, but I may track the quality reports based on manufacturer, and it looked as although Dirt Devil deserved a long, hard look.

While researching and comparing models and features I learned that DD manufactures galore models below their own name but then limits the distribution of those models to certain retailers. I hope this selective information may save you such a lot of time whether or not you as well research accomplishments cautiously carefully I do). This Amazon model is shown (by searching for the model number) at Dirt Devil’s web sites There is another one shown there that is other than as supposed or expected identical (BD10040) accept it is snout is clear, not red. Neither of them may be ordered from Dirt Devil. At original I suspected that they were discontinued models, and since the MSRP was a little dissimilar I was in addition confused as to whether they were exactly the same. After galore utterly defiant stubbornness by me (with the 4th or 5th “overseas” representative) I spoke to, one at long last explained the different models to me. This one is available through Amazon cheapest and Target only, and the other one is available through WalMart only.

I am utterly positive that my time was well spent, at least for me (the original “WHY” kid) because I would perpetually have fretted that I’d bought a discontinued model that Amazon had sitting around – which did not make sense since no one had yet written a review of it, and it was listed elsewhere with no reviews there either. Now that I know that the BD10040 and the BD10045 are the same, I suggest that you as well look at the reviews elsewhere.

And now when it comes to the pros and cons of the Accu-Charge Cordless 15.6-Volt Hand Vac . . . It has very powerful vacuum suction, but I wish the opening was a little wider (like on the Dust Buster’s). I in addition wish the very, very convenient on-board (retractable) crevice tool was flatter (like the Dust Buster’s). I wish the pull out (retractable) brush bar was removable or retracted in entirely entirely is always kinda “there”). Other than those 3 things that are in all probability just “period of adjustment” issues, I may say, from just a few uses so far, that I am sure I will be more felicitous with these 2 Dirt Devils than I ever in truth was with the various Dust Busters I owned through the years, model after model. I heartily commend this hand vacuum. I am in addition very pleased with the fast recharge (only 6 hours), the fact that there is a light that goes out when the vac is to the full or entire extent charged, and that it has new charging/recharging technology that reduces the charger’s output to a “trickle charge” once the unit is charged. This must increase the battery life substantially and cut down on power usage too. (Dirt Devil says it cuts power consumption by 70%). The charging stand can be wall mounted for extra convenience. This vac has a 3-YEAR WARRANTY.

NOTE: Since I largely use these hand vacs to pick up loose cat litter from a throw rug and carpeting, I finally, brutally, and forcefully, yanked out the dust brush from each of the vacs. I knew from past experience that they were/would be a rarely utilized feature. The fact that they did not retract totally wholly though the bristles were only an issue when the vacs were held at certain certain tended to slow down my sweeping forward and back movements when working on other than a smooth, hard surface. I don’t miss them, and, that was my expectation since the “dust brush” was the “attachment” I employed the least (extremely rarely) on previous hand vacs by other manufacturers.

This is a very nice little vacuum. I keep it in my garage, near the entrance from the kitchen, and use it for little jobs like cleaning the kids’ crumbs off the car seats and floors, sucking up bugs and spiderwebs from the garage wall, cleaning food crumbs from crevices in the kitchen, and removing dust and crumbs from my computer keyboards and monitors. It has a little retractable brush that is very useful for car cleaning, and a plastic nozzle that can flip forwards to extend the reach, which is good for cleaning things high up and sucking up bugs.

Apparently this device has a smart charger which does not simply keep the battery at full charge all the time but optimizes the recharging to extend the battery life. I have surely not noticed any deterioration in the battery in the several months I have owned this vacuum.

Opening the device to empty out the dirt is easy. Most of the dirt just drops out into the garbage. I like to use my central vac nozzle to exhaustively clean out the remaining dust and dirt atoms from the inside of the vacuum and the filter. This routine keeps the filter nice and clean and I have never needed to replace it.

So this is a good product and certainly had the prospective for earning 5 stars. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the wall mount schemes The mount itself is fine and stays securely on the wall with the supplied screws, but the vacuum just does not feel secure on the mount. There is no satisfying “click” to tell you that it has been substituted the right way on the wall mount after use; it is genuinely just friction that holds it, which I am not comfortable with for a fairly heavy gadgets A few times I have thought that I substituted the vacuum correctly but then it has started to slide off and I have needed to push it back further so that it stays in place. It has never actually ended up falling to the floor but I don’t like having to be so careful. This is a somewhat surprising design flaw in an otherwise very good products

We have two lab-mix dogs and a cat and the old “Dust Buster” didn’t hold a charge any more. This hand vac is a good one. The flip down crevice tool and brush are handy to have on board and has a swell deal of suction. We have applied it nearly every day in the last few weeks with no complaints. Worth every penny.

Long lasting power to pick up crumbs and spills on floors and carpets. Alot better than dragging out the vacuum. The nozzel is easy to use and the small brush is swell on furniture too.

After researching multiple hand vacs, I eventually got sick of reading in regards to them and just picked this one because it was red. I perfectly love it! For how small and compact it is, it sure does SUCK! In a good manner of I can pick up nuts when it comes to 1/4-20 in size if not maybe bigger. Haven’t ran it long sufficient to kill the battery but I had it running non stop for 30min. No complaints other than I didn’t order it sooner.

I have owned this rechargeable handvac for almost a year now. It was bought to keep the car and it is upholstery clean, but I in addition use it around the house quite many times to get into the small places around the cabinets and baseboards. I’ve even utilized it to clean the keyboards on my desktop and laptops.

It provides a lot of suction and does a great job picking up everything from coffee grounds, cookie crumbs, and dust balls. I have never exhausted the charge completely so I can’t comment on greatest or most complete or best possible battery life, but I can guesstimate that I have employed it for 15 to 20 minutes without it pooping out. As for charging, it has one of those smart batteries that charge intermitently when the power is draining from the battery when it is in its stand. Consequently when I use it I always commence out with a fully charged battery.

The AccuCharge Vac comes with a mounting rac/charger. My husband utilized heavy obligation screws because he thought the ones that came with it looked flimsy. It hangs in our garage and seems impervious to cold or heat.

The vac has a filter. I clean mine on a regular basis with the cleaning wand of my full-size vac to keep it in good shape. The effortlessly aside dirt cup is a snap to clean — just dump the dirt in the garbage can and replace it on the unit. It in addition comes with a crevice tool which provides access to the tightest and most impossible places to clean.

Considering the quantity of suction that this little wonder provides, its portability, and cost, I think this is a good investment.

This sweeper beats the heck out of the Dustbusters I have purchased for years. Excellent pick up power and charge lasts quite a while, longer than the 15 minutes one reviewer reported. It’s not meant to do the whole house, for cripe’s sake!

We have utilized this hand vac for over a month and haven’t come all over any difficulties using its We have installed the charger on our wall and are getting employed to releasing it from the charger because unlike the Dust Buster, this unit needs to be pulled straight out. Like the manufacturer’ claim, it is a powerful vac and yes it does seem to be a bit more noisy than the Dust Buster. All in all for a limited time that we utilized it, we are pleased with it and would recommend to others. We bought this from Amazon and did not have to pay for shipping.

Second Dirt Devil, this one has the new charger. When charged it does not use more electricity. The old one is hot all the time from overcharging. Excellent suction, such a heap of what noisy.

I recently purchases this bad boy and was expecting something decent – the last time I employed a hand vac was the good old days of the Dust Busters in the 90′s. This is utterly no comparings I’ve used it around the house and it’s been great, but today it got – and passed – its primary real test.

I purchased galore plants at the store and put them in my trunk – my foolish driving caused them to fall over in my trunk, and it got dirt EVERYWHERE. At primary I was a bit pissed, then remembered I had this thing all charged and set to go. I put it to work and it passed with flying colors – perfectly no dirt left, it’s lightweight enough that I could effortlessly manage to clean my trunk – and the rest of my car – without my arm getting sore, even holding it out with my arm extended, and it did a fantastic job. Highly commended for tidying up your vehicle if not one thing else (I don’t have a place I can plug in my other vacuum cleaner), but it’s also great for cleaning up smaller things around the house and getting into those pesky corners where wall and floor meet up.
